Suggestions for online KS3 courses?

I'm looking for courses for my almost 3 year old year 8 daughter to do online.

She was recently de-registered.

While I've been trying to find something suitable we've been using work books but she understandablely finds them disengaging.

I'm looking for something online based that has some structure. Im using doodle maths, which is great but I'd like something similar for science.
Id rather pay for something that will mean she doesn't need too much input from me (though obviously I am there for support) and will get her progressing through a curriculum.

I find free resource sites great, but printing off work sheets for her to complete isn't giving her any motivation. Something structured is definitely needed.
