M&S Castello bed experiences

Hi everyone! Hoping to buy the m&s castello bed in brass/bronze. The reviews are mixed, but for other colours in the same bed, they are really positive (weirdly) it would have to hold two fully grown not small adults (chubby me and tall broad giant partner!) so don't want it squeaking or worse! Any experiences with the sturdiness and quality of this would be great before I go spending £400 (or any recommendations of a nice, antique brass bed frame that looks like something out of a victorian hospital!)
