I wouldn’t have a rainfall shower, as I hate water on my face and I don’t wash my hair daily, luckily a lot of rainfall showers come with a separate shower head that can be handheld for rinsing etc. I am sure some people love them they certainly look nice. Why did you choose it OP? I might be missing something.

Rainfall showers with large heads can be pretty rubbish unless you have excellent water pressure and flow. How is yours?

Plumber says our flow is good , I know what you mean Roselilly we have a smaller seperate affatchment that we can use two the handheld one,we chose it simply cod we had a rubbish shower attatchment before and since was gutting our bathroom we decided to replace with the rainfall

We live ours but also have second one for when not wanting to wet hair. I think most have that facility.

By looking at that actual rainfall plate on the unit which isn’t actually fixed yet, as only just bought it, it seems it can tip at dif angles so I’m wondering if it can be angled so if one person doesn’t want the sprays going over head they needn’t, I’m just guessing mind you

I love them. I just avoid getting my hair wet by angling my head or wearing a shower cap (depending on whether the kids have nicked it). It feels like my whole self gets properly soaked more.

I’m glad you love yours, extracurricular

I have the one that can be angled but it doesn’t really make a difference to me- the water still falls on my head. My brother who is 6 ft 2 said it did make a difference for him as he was banging his head into it otherwise.

We've got one and it's fantastic, but we also got a shower head on a bar as well as you don't always want the water coming straight down (eg if you don't want to wash your hair sometimes)

Ps in order to have that shower head we had to have quite a big pump put into the wall so it was quite a costly job. But it was so worth it, best shower I've ever had.

We love ours. Get a proper drenching!

We are currently doing our bathroom the only positive in the old bathroom was the rainfall shower. We also had a separate shower head which you could also detach from the pole and hold in your hand. I shower every day and the only thing I use the detachable one for is to clean the shower! No one else in my family has ever used it either why would you? Our new shower will have an even bigger rainfall head (we’ve got brilliant water pressure) and the smaller detachable shower head which again will be very useful when cleaning the shower especially the glass round it!

Bought one and had it installed in our main bathroom and it’s completely rubbish! Our water pressure isn’t strong enough so it just dribbles out! We now all use the cheap and cheerful shower in the en-suite!
