Sofology reviews - are the sofas any good?

Looking for any reviews from people that have bought from sofology recently as everything I am finding is from several years ago.

I have my eye on a leather sofa bed and wondering if it's going to last and be good quality for the price.

It feels really nice and the sofa bed mechanism is lovely as well as the bed being comfortable but wondering if its too good to be true.

I understand sofology are now owned by DFS and I dont rate the DFS quality but wondering if sofology are a more upmarket better quality version?

Any feedback would be gratefully recieved to help make my decision

We bought our suite from Sofology a year ago and on the whole we've been very pleased with it. It's a mid-range suite and the type of cushions that do need plumping back into shape, however we were aware of this when we bought it and it's so so comfortable. Found the customer service was very good. Took the extra protection insurance out and had to call after DD managed to spill hot chocolate all over one of the sofas. It was a bit onerous but they eventually sent a cleaning kit out and the stain has disappeared. Overall, I'd recommend.

We've just moved into a house where we saw the seller's new Sofology sofa and they were having a nightmare with the customer aftercare.

I didn't know that DFS own them now, but we've just bought a DFS sofa with no complaints, they have been great right from purchase to now

I bought a sofa recess avoided them because of the reviews.

We love our sofology corner sofa and are sad it's too big for our new house

Thanks for the help everyone. We decided to chance it as they were the only ones with the sofa bed that we liked. Fingers crossed we arent unlucky and it all goes ok

I recently bought an analine leather sofa from them. It is a thing of beauty. I bought special protector - not from them. The rest of my family are not allowed on it - esp ddog.
