fitted rolltop shower/bath?

We have one bathroom we are redoing and it is tiny -- we definitely need a shower over bath.

I LOVE this bathroom and was thinking of recreating it:

BUT the freestanding bath is a problem with a shower. I've found this bath, but have no idea if it's any good or if it would just look bad in our small bathroom. I would have it painted the same colour.
