How would you dress these windows (with pics)

Thank you for all the bathroom help - next room is the front living room.

The room has two large square bays and one large side window. There were curtains in place when we purchased the house but I'm not a curtain fan.

I'm trying to decide between shutters (but I like the view of the gardens and we are not over looked so although I love this look I'm not sure), Roman blinds or roller blinds (to keep most of the view).

Any thoughts or example pictures would be hugely appreciated.

(Excuse the decorating things, it's a work in progress)

The pictures don't show it but it is a very light room if that makes a difference.

No idea sorry but bloody gorgeous windows. I think I'd enjoy looking at them just as they are.

I agree I wouldn't dress them at all, beautiful as they are

Maybe a plain roller blind if you need them for privacy in the evening etc

Both rollers or romans would ruin those beautiful frames, if you desperately wanted blinds I'd say romans look nicer.

Only consideration would be heat loss and draughts in cold weather in which case I'd put curtains across the bay if that works with whatever would be in the bay

Interlined roman blinds.
The curtain across the whole bay thing has gone never to return

Amazing windows. I would say rollers just because unless you really stack up the romans they are going to hang into the window even when not down. But if you don't mind loosing a bit of your window then they are the prettier choice.
You could always go with a curved curtain pole with curtains, you can get nice small ones that you don't really notice are there but they are expensive and all depends if you want a more traditional look or something a bit more modern

i would say just plain roller blinds more for privacy in the evening.
I would make a lovely window seat in that bay its gorgeous.
