Has anyone had a bathroom installed by B&Q?

Just wandering around my local store earlier today and their bathroom show range caught my eye.

The woman who owned our house before us did.

We've recently ripped it out and what a mess, nothing has been installed properly which had caused my floor to rot and damp in my walls.

We got a quote from them. It was a fortune. We bought the bathroom from them and got a local builder to do it for half the price.

Yes and we are 6 months post installation. They still haven't concluded our lengthy complaint and have just came out yo fix our leaky toilet. Avoid at all cost.

buy from B&Q but get sombody else to install. when B&Q deliver it they won't bring it upstairs.
