Dulux Weathershield paint

I just started to paint our front door with Dulux Weathershield paint. I opened the tin and the smell is hideous! It's like an awful diarrhoea stench and the consistency is really thick and hard to use. It's a quick dry formula. I wasn't expecting it to be like normal emulsion but this is really nasty.

Is this right? Or have bought a dodgy tin? Shop is shut today so I can't go back till tomorrow. Has anyone else used it?
