Does Dulux white satinwood turn yellow?

I'm referring to the oil based paint that our decorator wants to use in the hall for the doors and woodwork. I know there were problems with yellowing a few years ago when the regulations changed but just wondered if it was better now?

He also wants to use just one coat as it is self undercoating and, to be fair, most of the woodwork is in good condition. Any thoughts please?

Yes! If you are applying to stained woodwork. Ours went yellow in literally a couple of weeks. Redid it with gloss and it's been fine.

Thanks for your reply. It would be painted over doors that are already white so not sure if that would help. Was the gloss you used oil based?

We used Dulux satinwood in our extension and it was crap. Marked really easily and I didn't like the finish. It didn't stay on long enough to yellow because we sanded it all off again after a year and now have gloss again.
