Good quality sofas

We are looking to change our brown corner leather sofa after 7 years. Our current sofa will be the 2nd one we have had from DFS and we have vowed never to shop there again as the quality from them is so poor.

We are in a much different financial position now and are looking for recommendations for a good quality fabric replacement. We have visited Multiyork and like their range, but would like opinions as to their quality as I can't seem to find a definitive answer on the internet.

Are there other good quality sofa manufacturers out there? I have heard that the Ikea Extorp range is a good one.

We have had good experiences with Multiyork. We have bought various sofas and armchairs from them over the years. When we wanted to get sone recovered, they had a record of our purchases and could tell us exactly which models we had bought 10-15 years previously. It was simple to organise and price recovering with no problem. We had the new covers fitted by them and one sofa resprung by their technician. They are not the cheapest but good quality, long lasting, great choice and excellent service. Hth

I can suggest Natuzzi or Denelli if you have a big space to fill with the sofa!
Also Multiyork sound amazing but each time I go to their shop it seems suchl a faff to chose what you want.

We have a 10 year old Tetrad and we'll get at least another 10 out of it if we re cover it within the next couple of years.

We wouldn't get any other make tbh.

We spent a roughly similar amount on a sofa from sofa.com and one from Homebase (we wanted something childproof) and the sofa.com one is far, FAR superior.

Was just thinking tonight I wish we'd paid and extra couple of hundred quid or whatever the difference was and got two from sofa.com

We have a corner sofa from Sofa.com. it is 6 years old now but still looks good despite the dog and children's best efforts! I would recommend them. We're looking for a new sofa for the new extension being completed this year and I'll definitely look at buying from them if we have enough cash left over.
