Paint recommendation?

Hello all,
I'd appreciate any paint recommendations anyone could share? I have nutmeg white in my downstairs and hall, and I would like a co-ordinating neutral, perhaps a little darker but not too dark, to go in the bedrooms. It has to be wipe clean, preferably matte - the nutmeg white is dulux endurance matte. I don't like any yellow tones. I bought a couple of testers and the one I prefer is Egyptian Cotton but it's hard to visualise in the whole rooms and know if it will work - does anyone have this? I was thinking of trying to get a darker version of nutmeg white mixed up but not sure if this could be wipe clean matte... Advice welcome! I have no flair for decorating unfortunately!

Timeless or Egyptian cotton are both lovely. Natural Calico is also nice if a bit creamy for me personally.

Timeless! I saw timeless recommended everywhere and had wondered what the fuss was about and now have in our hall and it's fantastic, soft while and goes with most of the colours.

I have timeless to paint the ceiling with! Glad to hear Egyptian Cotton goes well, it looks a bit sludgey in the tester but I've seen it looking wonderful in other people's houses so tempted to just try it.

I'm trying to pick something similar. I want something darker for our bedroom but not too dark. We've gone with natural wicker. Painting tomorrow eeek.

Good luck Scattymum! Natural Wicker was one of my testers - it's lovely. I find this so stressful - I so want a lovely house! Painted my bathroom blue and regret it so don't want the same problem in the bedrooms!

Loving my walls now and goes beautifully with the wall paper we picked. Just to do another coat and will be done yay.

I have made yet another trip to home base and got testers of nutmeg cluster 4 and 5 to go with the testers on our wall... I may never decide!

Well we're painting the room in nc4, it's turned out much more pink than we expected - really not sure about it. Think we will do the others in Egyptian cotton and if we prefer it repaint the first room. My DP is very patient!
