im planning on decorating my boys bedroom, they have black and white beds (divans) black and white draws/wardrobe. navy blue and black shelves. blue check bed linen.

they have a London canvas and union jack trunks/ storage boxes. I wil be getting more London themed furnishings, like cushions possibly and maybe the classic red phone box or post box to tie in the red from union jack boxes?

currently walls are magnolia

after all your opinions flooding in Wink lol I have decided on white brick effect with one wall (window wall) being rich navy blue and the other 2 in a very pale grey as white would be to crisp I think..

My first impression is that it sounds awfully busy. There's a lot going on there.

ive gone for white brick Smile will upload hopefully a fab boys room Grin

yes burnish was my worry, was why I asked for views. im going to hang the wall paper and paint the 2 grey walls first before I do the navy. might end up deciding on all 3 grey?

I have a feeling all 3 grey will work better. If I'm picturing it correctly, the navy would give you 2 feature walls fighting for attention. I think the brick is enough of a feature in itself and the grey will work well against the white.
