Paint colour suggestions - small flat, make it easy to sell

Small flat, investment type property so will be let out. What colour would you paint the walls?

If it makes a difference I am thinking of having a brown speckled carpet in the hope it won't show dirt too much.

Magnolia is not really the in colour anymore is it? Egg shell, an off white of some sort? Any suggestions.

A light dove grey, it's supposed to be space enhancing and also quite on trend. See ideal home manage one for this month..

Light grey, I like it. Needs to be neutral, bounce light a bit, create illusion of space as the flat is tiny. Have found Java Cream, picture though always a little hard to tell on screen what colour it really will be painted. Or do you mean more grey than that?

Something simple and not gender specific like pink Smile. A variation of white/grey would be the best choice. Maybe a very pale blue?

Java cream looks good, although it will probably look different in different rooms

Thanks all. 7to25 do you mean about how the light in each room will make the colour look different?

My vote would go to Homebase Putty. We bought it in bulk when we moved in as we wanted to clean and neutralise everywhere before we started renovating each room and everyone always asks what colour it is. It goes with anything, is light and airy and also cheap! It's a lot like F&B Skimming Stone but with not so much depth of colour.
