How much to redo bathroom?

Hi, sink has broken so catalyst to finally do up the bathroom which is old and shabby.

Want to move the toilet about a metre, get a new toilet and sink, and put a towel rail where old sink was. Keeping current bath and shower just putting new panel on bath. New floor required (stone?) but no wall tiling required.

How much to budget for plumber etc? Not counting cost of new loo, sink and floor tiles.

Heated towel rail will replace old radiator

Can do decorative work ourselves and maybe the floor?

Do you need to move the toilet? Such a faff coz of the waste pipe. That will be your big cost. Also, whether towel rail fits onto existing pipes or whether they need to be adjusted.

If you want to do it on the cheap, consider leaving sink etc where it is too and just replace with new ones. Moving it will not only cost plumber-wise but you will need to 'make good' the wall behind where they were.

Definitely need to move the sink. It's badly placed and bathroom is tiny so will make a huge difference

Moving the toilet is less important but it would only be next to where it is now
