82% of us think employers need to make it easier not to 'return' to work, but to start over and career change. The issue is there is no research giving employers evidence of what works best in supporting those thinking of changing jobs completely. I help run a not for profit professional body. I'm doing this research and have over 400 respondents already, but need to get to over 500.
