Interviews and going back to work, please help! X

Hi,
I've been looking at going back to work for the last 6 months. Apart from studying I haven't had a job for 4 years. I have managed to get two interviews for next Friday and I'm so anxious! One of the jobs is term time only and I think probably quite a popular one, both jobs are working for a care company contracted by the NHS, how can I make myself stand out? any hints or tips? The last interview I had was for a waitress and wasn't very formal. Thanks for reading
