Help with insight into DDs profile?

I'm hoping someone here can give me some insight. DD is v. bright/gifted but performs above average. I went to chat with the senco as we have long suspected adhd. Shes at secondary and has also just told us that "words move on the page" and "keeps forgettting things".
Whilst there senco gave me DDs CAT4 results:
Verbal: 116
Quantitative: 117
Non-verbal: 130
Spatial: 104

Does anyone know what the effect of having high non-verbal (which usually indicates visual-spatial learning) but average spatial will have? How can we overcome this difference? She has great broad concepts, quickly understands abstract ideas, is extremely creative yet falls apart with basic math computations, SPAG is not great and organisation is all over the place.
Is she doomed to always be seen as average despite clearly being bright?

Things 'move on the page' for dd. She has dyslexic traits. She has everything on blue paper and it's much better.

Ask the school to test for dyslexia

Thank you for replying, the school is going to try some overlays and spelling intervention.
I also was wondering if the descrepency between scores would mean that she would benefit from any particular teaching methods? This kid gets algebra but struggles with rounding, negative numbers and is slow with number bonds.

My DD had a similar spiky profile and constantly complained that her eyes were not right despite standard sight tests being perfect. She has a visual processing disorder previously would have been described as Dyslexia.

Get her visual skills properly assessed by a behavioural optometrist. This is what helped my DS with similar profile. We went for 12 months and got new exercises every month. Best intervention we tried!
