Have had a fluey bug thing all weekend and my voice has gone AWOL.
I thought it would be nice to take the little dd's down the road to collect some conkers did that came back and tried to change dd's pram to lay back more and felt a ripping pain above my boob.
It's not an awful pain but it does hurt especially when I move.
I think I've pulled a muscle so bloody fed up.
