Hiya SS, I have tried it, didn't work for me. Also didn't work for a couple of my friends. I was on it for about a year, had to lose five pounds to get it, just to prove that I could lose weight I guess. I then had to go back to the docs for monthly weigh ins. All in all I lost about half stone, which I think was sh**t. Side efects: well there are a few, you can find most on internet along with food ideas. You have to watch the fat intake of your food, if you have to much then it has to come out as it is not absorbed. When I say come out I mean in the toilet. It is disgusting. You may get diarrihea(not sure on spelling!) but is not normal, like a fatty/oily substance, also if you pass wind it may leak out. I started to get quite bad headaches aswel. Have you tried slimming world, I went for a couple of months with my sister, just to see what was about, got the info and then stopped going, thought I would save the money. Really good though, not like being on a diet. In this year alone I have lost 2 stone and gone down 2 dress sizes. Still a long way to go, but now I know I can do it I feel more confident. Hope this helps, xx
