Big spots help!!!!

Dont know if anyone knows about this but i keep getting the hugest bright red spots i have so far had one on my leg,boob ans bown below they get really big and painfull and the onyl way to ease the pain is to squeeze them they get a lump behind them wich always turna out to be a huge sack of yellow gunge, gross i know! could it be a vitamin deficiancy or somethign else???

no becasue they always go away i have had them before and they went away and stopped there just ugly and if i dont pop them the start to hurt i dont know if theres anyting i can put on them or nto or anything i can change so i stop getting them

well they do recommend toothpaste for large spots, I will admit to having tried it, and it did work!

Try putting a few drops of tea tree oil in the bath with you, it's an antiseptic, works wonders for me!

Do you eat well? Fresh green vegetables and carrots etc?

Improve what you eat if you don't eat well. You could also try taking a Vitamin A supplement - eaten with some fat as it's a fat soluble vitamin.

The best topical treatment I've found for large spots is Quinoderm - available from pharmacies. Don't know if it's suitable if you're bfeeding, though.

no im not bfeeding, i have just tried the sudo cream thing but will try em all, i have to admit i do eat crap will do my best to change my diet

drink a glass of apple juice on an empty stomach in the morning everyday.
