Lower back pain and now into abdomen

I have bad posture and have had intermittent back pain since having DDs. It's just getting to be fairly constant and in the morning when I wake up I have terrible back ache and an aching lower tummy too.
Bending of any kind including sitting makes my lower back ache and this now starts to include a dragging/aching feeling on each side of my stomach.
Is this just the muscles in my abdomen complaining or something more?
I can't find classes in pilates that I can go to because of timing and/or cost.
Are videos any good?
Should I see the doctor first?

I get this too when I have pain in lower back.
Have you considered getting a new mattress, a really firm one might help adn I think any sort of exercise would help like walking, butthe video's would be a ood start if you wanted to do pilates.

Why is your posture bad? Is it something you can do something about? Was sort of thinking stand up straighter but it mihgt not be as simple as that !

I think you should get checked out first .
It sounds a bit similar to kidney stones or a UTI .
May not be but worth getting the GP to give you the once over .

Hope you get it sorted .

I have been trying to stand up straight for.....uh about 30 years.
My mother says I grew very fast at about 10 and started to stoop then.

Yes mattress is about 7yrs old.You say firm is best for bad back?
