What might this be? Come reassure me (and make me go to the doctors)

I've been having dizzy spells every day for 2 weeks now, as well as headaches on and off. Last week i had an awful migraine out of the blue. It happens regardless of whether i've just eaten, and even if i'm sitting down.

I've also been bruising on my legs out of nowhere for many months.

Anaemia maybe? Starting to worry now.

I was all set to go today, but i dreamed last night i had cancer and i'm a bit scared to go
