Are your periods regular? If your cycle's changed, then it could be a hormone imbalance. I'm not an expert, but I've had years of period problems, not helped by a very dismissive GP

Tell you what I used to have at least 2 weeks run up to a period, crampng, back ache, terrible water retention, foul moods. etc etc.
Then I started taking starflower oil and it has made such a difference that very often I get no premenstral symptoms at all. I have recommended it to a friend who was having a terrible time and she is also pretty much symptom free,
I didn't take it properly one month and I really noticed the difference.

Worth a try?

Hi subrosa I take one capsule every evening. I got a bulk pack from Holland and barratt, super bargain!

Will look into starflower oil, thanks.

Hi Talcyohoho don't know if you have ever heard of or seen one but I use a Rio Light Mask for my PMT. It is a mask you use for 10 minutes a day and it pulses lights infront of your closed eyes. The mask can be used for migraines, stress and PMT. My PMT is much better since using it and many people apparently report total loss of all PMT signs. Hope you feel more human again soon.
