Wonder if anyone can help?

I have quite bad asthma and am prone to be on steoids due to severity of attacks etc. DS1 has asthma and DT2 has mild asthma also

DH has once again started smoking and it DRIVING ME NUTS!!!!!

Now I must admit he doesn't smoke in the house- NOWAY!!!! however I have tried to say that even the smell of smoke on his skin/clothes etc is enough to trigger attacks, i'm sure he thinks i'm talking shite but I AIN'T!!!!!

Anyway he seems to think that if he sprays himself with deodrant thats fine, if he has baths/showers then thats fine WELL IT AIN'T!!!!!

Trying to tell him is like talking to a brick wall so I want to be able to find him evidence that I am telling the truth and not just being a moany bitch.

Can anyone pint me in the direction of where I can find such info please? I just want him to try and understand that it ain't him that struggles to breathe, it aint him that regularly takes puffers and steroids and is ill and that him not smoking can have such an impact on our health too.

Spraying himself with deodorant is like trying to put out a fire with a flamethrower!!

this one is talking about kids, but it's all the same!

this one from bupa talks about smoke on clothes being less serious but more of an irritant

here too

another one from bupa

If you google passive smoking and asthma you get over 77400 results! Make him read that lot!
