thrush

ok know this has been done to death but due to fact have been taking every antibiotic known to man (to unsuccessfully ) clear mastitus haev now got thrush..

what can I do to make sure dd doesnt pick it up (apart from handwashing)... what temp etc do I need to wash all laundry ?

also can I take canesten if I'm b/f (its not in my mouth iyswim so prob ok with cream )

also if I've got it how likely she will.must admit only mildish case...have been madly eating yoghurt/talking lactophillus to put it off.

am mightily pissed off as this is final straw in nearly a month of taking frigging antibiotics for no good reason...
