Does anyone have this or any info on it?

I've always needed to wee a lot but it's getting worse. Sometimes I can go every 15 minutes and it's a lot of urine, not just a bit, it's clear like water and loads of it.

This can happen after drinking tea or after drinking nothing. On a good day i'm happy if I can last an hour without going but the bad days are exhausting, I just don't understand how there can be so much wee inside me!

On googling desperately any foods or otc medicines I could take to slow it down diabetes insipidus came up and it sounds like me!

I'm going to ring GP but know they're busy and it's not that important but it's really affecting my life now 😢

It is important so don't be fobbed off. Ive only experience of DI in cats but excessive urination and dilute urine can also be indicative of kidney problems. Caveat : not a doctor

If you are urinating every hour you need to speak to your gp ASAP. Ring out of hours service this weekend

Relative had this, it took a while to diagnose (20 years ago) but was ver successfully treated with a nasal spray once identified.

My husband has DI. Was diagnosed as a baby. Now late 30's. No medication, just drinks lots of water.

My nephew has just been diagnosed with this age 17. He is now on medication (Desmopressin) twice daily which stops the constant thirst and weeing cycle. Before this, he was exhausted as was waking 8-10 times every night to wee.
Get it checked out.
