Tiny itchy spots round at the corner of my mouth - could this be the start of a coldsore?

I've never had one before. I am quite run down and tired at the moment. If it is a coldsore, what do I do about it?

Zovyrax? Is that a chemist job? Does it sound like a coldsore is brewing? Thanks!

WHY? Do teabags help or do you just want to see me scalding myself

Could be - but ask your pharmacist. Could also be a skin infection?
If you're breastfeeding Zovirax isn't so great but Compeed do patches which I found work pretty well - they're almost invisible and stop the cold sore forming a scab (which is the most unsightly part!), and because it's covered you're at less risk of passing it on to the rest of the family.
Good luck

Starlight - it's weird you should say that, I have had a temperature, very sore throat and been achy the last few days...could it be connected then? How strange. I've bought some zovirax now and it's on - it says to apply 5 times a day every four hours (so I'm only allowed to sleep for four then?!) Thanks again.
