I mean really hate it. It looks awful. I've had two babies but they're 6 and 10, one csection and it still literally looks disgusting. I'm slim, 8.5 stone and so the awfulness stands out even more. I eat sensibly, I exercise. I'm not vain at all contrary to what this implies; my confidence is just really effected by it. After dd2 my muscles split. I'm 32 if that's relevant.
Sounds like diastastis recti.
No diet can fix it you should go to the dr, a friend of mine had this after a baby and she had a small surgery to stitch the stomach wall back together. She's fine now and her stomach is flatter
