Any MNs have any good ideas? I'm terrified of getting fat so think I should lay off the cookies for a bit!

reduce your carbs, take up a hobby to occupy your hands at times when you might snack like watching TV. Walk a lot.

im not sure if i should be posting this, but there are some pills i am gonna try, i keep reading all about how great they are in my 'love it' mags, have a look on the website its called slimnsexy, its all natural ingriediants and it also boosts libido of course it could all be a big pile of crap but i think im gonna try em anyway

Haha, does sound intriguing. I have tried to keep even busier (if it's possible), so that i don't have time to snack, and i have lost a pound in 4 days...ho hum, not fab but getting there!
