Advice for recovering from kidney infection and surgery

Just that really, I'm due to go.home today after a week from hell in hospital. Kidney stone lead to infection, surgery stent lots and lots of bleeding, allergic reaction to meds. Ugh it's been tough and I have to come back in in a few weeks for more surgery although hopefully minor. But I feel.like shit. Feeling very weak and a bit dizzy. Any advice as far as diet and vitamins to help me get better as soon as possible as I really need to built strength built fast. Thank you in advance.
