Radiotherapy and chemo to finally start on 27th sept.

thats of course if everything goes to plan, which has never
happened so far
steve needs to go and have another scan before the 27th.
i have been onto the hospital and gp today, spent more time listening to options and mozart. Steve gp has to refer him for us to get a Mac nurse as his oncologist has yet to do so

he will have six weeks of radio with chemo thrown in at the same time.

i have some booklets which explains it all, brain radiation is very different to other bits of the body thou.

well that is good news that you have a date, how long has it been since his surgery?
i will try and keep up now, i have been away but thought of you and your family often

he will be almost seven weeks post op when he starts treatment. they recommend treatment starts 4 weeks post op.
hope ypu had a nice time away.

Well done OJ looks like the perserverance paid off ! I dread to think how patients copr who don't have anyone to keep pushing things along for them.
Hope he feeling brighter today

am fed up of having to chase people up to be honest thou at least i feel i am doing something.
