What’s this on my leg?

Couple of days ago felt a tiny lump as I was drying my leg after a bath and assumed it was a trapped hair, it rubbed off easily but then bled.
I’m sure there was nothing there before, and now it’s a little red crater.

I have this as well. No idea what it is. Thought it might be a bite or that I'd scratched an ingrown hair out
