Daughter has runny nose and a cough...

So for the last two days my daughter has had a bad cough and a runny nose and sneezing every now and then.

Me and my ex did ring 111 and at first it was to self isolate, but when the follow up doctor called he said it sounded more like a cold / viral infection.

I'm really paranoid when it comes to stuff like this and wanted my ex to have her for the next 2 weeks, but she dropped her off today anyway.

Am I worrying for nothing? Everything I've googled is saying runny nose / sneezing isnt really corona at all...

I’m not sure why you’d take the risk tbh. If in doubt self isolate. Better than spreading it to more vulnerable people

CV doesn't come with a runny nose but you should all be in quarantine.

Runny nose and sneezing aren't symptoms.
A new cough is.

Why take any chances? Self isolate for a cough like everyone else.

I would gladly self isolate. It's my ex who refuses to do so. She's a manager for Sainsbury's and says she can't take the time off.

Noir we she let me have my daughter for the next 2 weeks. So I can't win either way.

How many people is your ex prepared to risk killing?
