Stomach pain- what is it ?

Hi 👋🏻 so I'm in my 30s don't smoke but I do drink a bit on weekends when I used to go out ( don't anymore as of CV)
Last night sitting down I had sharp pain right next to my left hip bone it was throbbing and wouldn't go away. I took some painkillers but it still continued all night 😫 seems to be worse when I walk. My diet hasn't been the best to be honest lately and the pain is still there like a dull ache now
I don't want to waste GP time any ideas what it could be ? Thanks xx
