Is it flu

Yesterday morning I was completely fine by the afternoon had minor aches and by the evening I was hurting all over my body. Last time I had stomach bug it started like that and I was sick twice through the night. However this morning I don't have any stomach cramps. I have a cough and my whole body is really hurting and I'm freezing cold with blankets on and the heating. Do you think it is a stomach bug just mild for sickness or flu? I don't think my body has ever hurt so much! My neck, ears and head are sore too.

No tummy cramps, no diarreah and no vomiting = not a stomach bug. Does sound like the flu or a chest infection because of the cough and chills.
