Ive always had this since being a child but as of late it has gotten worse. It doesnt matter if i eat somthing hot or cold, less than 5 minutes after eating it i get goosebumps all over my body and i feel painfully cold.

Im going to get into the GP next week to see if they have any idea, but its puzzling me latetly. I dont know anyone else who this happens to

Does anybody have any experience or advise?

Do you get lightheaded? Blood tends to rush to your stomach when youre digesting, could be low blood pressure maybe? Is it any better if you have some salt to bring it up a bit?

I do get lightheaded but i do in general anyway. I have never heard of salt to bring it down, sorry to sound dim do you mean pure salt or salty food?

Sorry forgot to say i have always had low blood pressure,

So does this mean it is most likely just due to low blood pressure? Im starting to want to miss meals because the goosebumps hurt so much,

I have a friend with very low blood pressure and she was advised by a nurse to carry little packets of salt with her as an easy way to bring the pressure up, and also to add salt to her food where she can - it's a handy non-drug way of bumping it up a little if you do have issues with it being too low.

I should add that the above is the total of my suggestions, I'm definately not saying you shouldn't go to your doctor about it also :)

Your GP should do a full blood count. Being low in something can have surprising consequences.
