I've noticed this on the inside of my arm today. Its only here I have it nowhere else. I am quite freaked out. Should I be worried?

I am no medication and have no health conditions.

What does it mean? I have similar spots under my breast. Should I be worried?

That looks like a pinch if there were lots I'd be more concerned, i suffer from health anxiety and that would rate zero on my worrymeter

I have at least 20 of those on my body. I think they are related to oestrogen. A female thing! that don't cause me any problems.

I get those on my chest of a lot, spattering of them. Worried now.
I did mention it to my doc who didn't seem worried but I didn't have any at the time to show him.
I use steroid inhalers for asthma and I know that makes skin more delicate could that be it?

I get those if I've carried heavy bags in crook of arm.

I’m covered op. They came on really suddenly on my arms, legs and chest and it was just a hormonal change.

Be careful not to scratch one as they bleed like mad!

I’ve had one random one in the crook of my arm like that before @followthefairytalexx
It’s when you have lots of them like a rash that it is more worrying

I've got quite a few of these, at least 10 - they are harmless as far as I know.
