Blotchy legs

Just looking for some general advice!

I'm 34 weeks pregnant with DS2, and I've had these weird blotches on my calves for the last at least 4 weeks. They've given me no pain, heat, swelling or change in sensation. Midwife sent me for a DVT check a couple of weeks ago, but nothing abnormal detected.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced it, and whether it's worth troubling GP over.

Sorry if the picture isn't great, it's hard to take a picture of your own calves!!

I would go to out of hours/A&E with that, you could have an infection.
