Acne scars

Hi! I’ve suffered with minor acne since I was 16 and have quite a few scars on both sides of my face. I wouldn’t really mind having spots it’s just the scarring makes it look so worse. I can’t go anywhere without some form of makeup. I don’t wear foundation and try to keep my skin clean. I want to know if anyone has tried home remedies that worked to reduce scarring. Can’t afford to get facials each month really!
No matter what I do I end up with scars and it’s really getting me down.
Any suggestions please!!
