Hi does anyone have a headache every afternoon or is it just me?? I thought perhaps it was dehydration. I will list what I drink and at what times-

7am one coffee
8am one coffee

While at work - a couple of cups of water and a cup of juice

2pm headache starts

After work 3pm -

Cup of tea
Maybe some water or another tea

It’s really hurting today and I just feel genuinely a bit sick and fatigued. Im also taking sertraline 100mg and allergy pills. This happens every day, I never feel 100%

I don't but generally get fatigue and feel a bit dizzy / sick around that time everyday - it improves with drinking a lot of squash / water so could be dehydration though also wonder if its eating.

Maybe worth drinking more water and seeing if it helps. Could also try decaff coffee and see if that helps and look at what you eat / drink for lunch and see if any possible triggers. If it doesn't go I would maybe ask GP.

What do you eat? I found I was getting a headache at 8:15 every morning - about 20 minutes after I ate my porridge. I eat yoghurt or eggs now instead and no headaches.

It could be

Postural
Eye strain
Computer glare
Tension
Dehydration
Blood sugar

I’d try upping your water intake before you try anything else. Headaches are usually down to dehydration so it’s worth ruling that out.

I had a headache every day for six months and I ended up having an mri scan- turned out I had an infected blister in my sinus, treated with antibiotics and it was gone. But amazingly, that little infection had clearly been poisoning my for months because so many other minor issues I'd been having (eg. Toothache, general malaise etc) all disappeared too.

It's not normal to have a headache every day, you should see your gp
