So the MRI scan I had recently shows in addition to a stress fracture in my tibia I also have Grade 4 chondromalacia at the patellofemoral joint.
Any orthopaedic people/ people who have had this know what the likely outcome is. Is it likely to need surgical intervention or is physio going to be enough?
