Spots spots spots

I've been getting evil hormonal (maybe?) spots around my chin and jaw area constantly for the last few months. I would often get one or two when my period is due but now it's just constant. Most days I feel a new one arrive.
It's starting to really piss me off and I see no end to it!
FYI I'm 36, not on any hormonal contraception, eat healthily, avoid dairy l, etc etc.

Anyone got any tips for me?

A long term course of anti-biotics worked for me, this was 20 odd years ago though and doctors were more than happy to dish them out. Its bloody soul destroying and knocks your confidence, I would try your GP.

Thanks for the reply, it really does get you down. But then I feel so vain because there are so many things much worse.
I'll call the GP and see when I can get squeezed in
