I havnt been to the doctor in years but have loads of small non urgent things I’d like to bring up as I feel I am falling apart. What should I make an apt for and what should I not bother with

Excessive body hair - hobbit toes, beard creeping down my neck, hairer arms than most men I know, long eg 1-2 inch black hairs on tummy

Pins and needles in hands, I’m typing at the table and my hand has started tingling

Tired and lethargic all the time

Snorting and snoring, enough to wake myself up. Fit bit shows 4-5 hours of restless sleep a night

Pain in my left hip. On and off for months. Sometimes it’s right in the joint and other times it’s a pain all down the back of my thigh.

You don't need to make an appt for anything. You just make an appt.

From your list of ailments:

Excessive body hair - laser treatment

Hobbit toes - not sure what GP cyan do about that

Beard creeping down my neck, hairer arms than most men I know - laser

Pins and needles in hands- I’d start with a physio

Tired and lethargic all the time - are you sleeping enough?

Snorting and snoring - we all do after a certain age

Pain in my left hip. On and off for months. Sometimes it’s right in the joint and other times it’s a pain all down the back of my thigh. - this is the one you see GP about

I’d ring up and book a double appointment (if your surgery will let you do that), explain to the doctor that there are a few things you want to discuss, and if you don’t cover it all in that appointment (which to be fair, is quite likely) book a follow up appointment.

I would suggest that feel tired all the time could be linked to the snorting and waking up at night, so maybe start there?

Second vote for a double appointment. I’d also not take too much notice of the first reply until you’ve seen someone medically qualified (I can think of few treatable things that could cause hirsuitism, pins & needles, sleep disturbance...you may have none of those things, but it’s brave advice to give over the internet!).

The pain in your hip sounds like sciatica - might be worth seeing if you can self refer to physio therapy in your area?

Chemist & Youtube can advise on how to deal with some of that.
