Big Boobs Bad Back

My back has been hurting for about 2 months now. I'm a size 36G and could wear a size 12 if it wasn't for the chest.
I've just been slouching for so long that I've tried to sit up a bit straighter and now my neck and back hurt whether I'm slouching or not.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a proper back brace that would help?

Have you been measured properly?
36g and a size 12 doesn't sound right to me a 36 usually equates to around a size 18.
I know how you feel mine are 32g and I must wear a decent bra otherwise my neck and back really ache.
