Suncream to help avoid heat rash?

Any suggestions if there's a suncream that helps avoid heat rash?

Last few years whenever it gets remotely warm I end up with very itchy heat rash, I have pretty fair skin so I'm always smothering myself with cream to avoid sunburn, also stay in the shade when it gets too hot.

Pretty much always use Nivea, just wondering if anybody has found any suncream that have helped avoid heat rash when you've previously had it before. Thanks in advance!

Piz Buin allergy sun lotion is great. I get prickly heat without it.

I just got some today ready for this year, £8 in Boots.
