Diastasis recti

I think I may have this condition. Thing is my youngest is nearly three now! I'm going to ask my gp to refer to physio but is it fixable? I've had digestive and bladder issues since she was born but no one has ever mentioned this condition. I've done the finger test thing and pretty certain I have a gap of about two or three fingers. I came across it accidentally while looking at hernia stuff online.
Has anyone else discovered this condition a long time after giving birth? I'm a bit worried it'll be difficult to treat. Any recommendations for good exercises would be great. Thanks in advance.
