Strange bumps/white spots...

I have NCed for this as it is vaguely humiliating. I am aware that this may also be TMI but google has not helped at all

About two days ago I noticed a raised spot like area on my vulva. Figured it was an ingrown hair, applied a hot flannel, popped it, pulled out the hair with a clean pair of tweezers and thought nothing more of it. Yesterday I noticed whilst showering that I had another one and a cluster of white spots Shock Today I have two more raised bumps on the other side of my labia and some smaller spots around my labia minora. I’ve just googled and freaked myself out entirely. The larger cyst like lumps aren’t painful, but the little white spots are.

Can someone please help?! I am abroad until next week so can’t even get to a GUM clinic or walk in centre Sad

Fordyce spots pethat’s that you have irritated by poking around?

Hi Bravo
I’ve just googled those and I don’t think it’s that unfortunately. The white spots are bigger than any of the ones I can see pictured.

I’ve just had another look Envy (not envy) and the smaller spots that were white seem to be more yellow in colour now, and are definitely pinker than they should be around the outside

And they definitely were not
There before? Any chance it could be an sti? Although I’m not sure which

Make an appointment at the local gum clinic they will test and tell you pretty quickly 💐

Definitely not there before, never had anything like this! I was tested for syphilis, chlamydia, HIV and gonorrhoea about this time last year and all came back negative (precursor to monogamous relationship)

I did think that it might be herpes but having had a look on Dr Google I’m not so sure Hmm

I really don’t know Pam. Debating on posting a (v zoomed in, obviously) picture of the spots to see if that would help someone identify them? Or at least maybe get a suggestion on some kind of OTC treatment until I can get to the GUM clinic/ walk in centre

Feel free to post the pic. I’m sure Sporners Corner has seen worse!

The large cyst like lumps, do they have a head on them?

Pam the large cysty things have got the smaller yellowy spots on them. No head though Sad Less like a cyst, more like a raised pink/red bump, although still rounded enough to stick out a bit IYSWIM.

Right, I’ve managed to contort myself and take some photos. Sorry that they’re a bit blurry, my phone camera doesn’t like zooming in that far Hmm

Could be herpes. It can lie dormant for many years I understand.

Looks sore.

It looks like folliculitis to me, I am presuming you shave? I had it once about 3 years ago, came out of the blue. Loads of small creamy headed spots, some massive awful ones shudder.

I kept slathering the area with savlon, wore very loose clothes and went commando as much as possible, I think it look a couple of weeks to go.

Reading about how common it is if you wax or shave, means I have never done either again, quick scissor tidy up is the most I do now, never had it again.

Herpes are blisters and these are puss. No idea OP. can you get emergency HP appointment?

This looks very much like herpes to me, especially as you said you could pop them initially and they've now developed in to what look like pitted blisters. You need to get to a gum clinic ASAP as it's easiest for them to test you when you have open sores.

Folliculitis. I have it, it’s a bit like vulva acne, I use cetreban on it. Bloody nuisance it is
