Diarrhea, Imodium, probiotics and gurgling

Hi all,
I’m really sorry for TMI. This MIGHTY diarrhea started at 8pm last night. Non stop watery sticky poop - going in every 10mins. I called 111 after 10pm and they got a dr to call me back. She said I should stay hydrated and let my body flush out the toxins. I was super exhausted by then so asked if I could take Imodium - the Dr said wait for 2hrs and take if it doesn’t get better.
Diarrhea continued non stop every 10mins. I kept taking dioralyte and lots of water. It was all coming out straight. At 1230 I gave in and took 2 Imodium. No change. Watery poop continued every 10mins until after 330am. I kept drinking water and the dioralyte as much as I can. Sorry TMI, but I pooped in my underwear at times. I threw away atleast 5-6 knickers last night.
I fell asleep on the floor a little after 330 and woke up at around 8. I had to rush to the toilet but soiled the underwear again. Very smelly sticky watery poop that sprayed all over the toilet (in the toilet luckily) I’m really sorry for the TMI
No poop since then, I ate toast for breakfast and slept most day. I also ate white rice for lunch and a banana for tea. I have this horrible gurgling and movement going on in my tummy since about an hour now. I tried going, but nothing coming out. I also took some actimel.
Please can anyone help me understand what’s going on? Did I block my intestines with Imodium? I feel there is lots of sewage inside that’s wanting to come out and I don’t know what to do.

Short answer, is yes, you might have temporarily stopped the diarrhoea with Imodium but when it wears off, it may start again (really sorry!~).

Best thing is to starve/only have very bland foods in small amounts, and stay hydrated.

I really didn’t want to take Imodium. At that point (after having a very long day and non stop diarrhea), I was desperate for some sleep. I showered thrice already by then (felt really yukky).
Prepare for another round of it tonite then? Why doesn’t the fcuking thing happen during the day? So I can get some sleep. I’m dead exhausted
