I have always had tired looking eyes
Last few months my eyes are really puffy in the morning, esp my right. My upper lid really sags over my eyelid and its making me feel old !
If i pull at the skin it stayes pinched up for ages so maybe my skin is dehydrated ??
Any miracle cures.
I always moisturise with simple every single night and dont really have time for cucumber ect as working mother of 3.
Haven`t up until now bought any wonder products either so just interested to hear if any of them might actually help.

Or should i start saving for an eye lift ???

It's usually a sign that your diet could do with a clean up and you need to drink more water to be honest. Oh and sleep helps

Personally I use Boots Eye gel.

hhhmmm, my first guess would be a sensitivity to whatever you are putting on them at night! In particular, cream applied onto the delicate eye area can cause puffing if it is the wrong product for you. The pinching suggests fluid under the skin - if you were that dehydrated you would notice that elsewhere - fine lines on cheeks, dry skin, dry mouth etc. If you have teabags, cold used teabags (keep them in the fridge) can rest on your eyes while you listen to the TV for 15 mins or so should help the puffing. I would definately change whatever you are doing at night, though

What callmemadam said - the ONLY time my eyes are puffy in the morning are when I use cream on them at night - it's annoying when you're only trying to do the right thing, we're always being told to moisturise all the time I've had this happen with virtually any cream you can name, even the ones for 'sensitive' skin, but I now buy a cheap one which after much trial and error seems OK - I still use it very sparingly though and not every night.

Thanks for your comments.
My diet is a bit crappy at the mo and i am smoking and drinking too much prob.I dont drink enough water and i slap lots of simple on my face at night.
So- i need to cut out the fags, the wine and the salt, and stop binging at this time of night.
I suppose stress makes me do it.
I am off work for 10 days now so anyone want to join me for a major detox and get bad tempered together !
Will start a thread ??
