Slightly swollen ankle

My right ankle has been feeling swollen since the beginning of November.
It doesn't hurt but feels uncomfortable, and it doesn't look swollen, it just feels tight. In this weather I normally wear footless tights and socks, but but feel uncomfortable when I do - like everything is too tight.

I went to the Dr and had blood tests for DVT, liver failure etc and all came back clear.
I'm just not sure what to do now. It's incredibly annoying, and it just feels odd.

Has anyone had anything like this before, and if so what can I do!?
